About Me

My name is Max Brower, current Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at Southeastern Louisiana University. I have over 3 years of experience working with athletes at the Division 1 and 3 level, as well as training personal clients. The goal of this site is to provide high-quality education material and service athletes to reach their genetic potential.
